Daniel Krall‘s considered regulation of detail to give the impression of depth and focus is a reminder of the importance of keeping in mind the focal point of an image. His backgrounds drift off into dancing silhouettes and surreal colours, carefully pulling and pushing the eye.
I love the combination of the sharp colours with his fluid, sweeping marks. With his characters being flung and contorted to look like they might fly off the page at any moment, his work has energy and movement. Here are a few peaks at his editorial work.
