Lee Woodgate is an experienced illustrator, having worked in the industry for 12 years, for a wide range of clients in editorial and advertising.

He layers found images and colours them digitally to create work that has a screen-printed quality to it.  He seems to have an eye for surfaces, which he places into his images, giving an aged, worn feel to them. I particularly like the hues and textures he uses in the image ‘Moon Day’.

On top of the large amount of work he does, he also manages to work as his alter ego SON of ALAN, practising a more vector-based style.
