Expression through Geometric Shapes and Colour by Romanian Artist, Georgiana Teșeleanu

These colourful circles are from a series of art prints by Romanian artist, Georgiana Teșeleanu aka Anai Greog. We like them for their barrage of beautiful decoration and symmetrical patterns. Although full of bright geometric shapes, the images are finished with a nice, more tactile texture that gives them a soft warmth to set of the sharpness of the edges.

Emily Barletta's Crocheting, Clay, Thread, and Drawing Experiments

We like the experimentation Emily Barletta is doing with traditional textile techniques and the intertwining of disciplines. Earlier projects have seen her encasing clay sculptures in colourful, snug, crocheted skins. Her recent work is a study into stitched drawing techniques, blurring the seam between drawing and fabric design.

Zippora Lux's Collages That Explore the Human Body and the Italian Woman

As part of a proposal for fashion brand, Furla, Boya Latumahina aka Zippora Lux, created these delicate collages that pay homage  to Italian womanhood. We like the movement from almost ethereal images that evoke ideas of spirituality, to the contrasting themes of sexuality and luxury.
