Print Auction for the D.E.C. Philippines Typhoon Appeal

Grand Neue have launched the Grand Kind Haiyan Print Auction, which has brought together leading illustrators and designers to help raise funds to help those affected by Typhoon Haiyan. Proceeds will go to the Disaster Emergency Committee in support of their current relief efforts in the Philippines.

We’re amazed at how easily all the other-worldly forms, flora and fauna seem to pop out of Sarah Mazzetti’s imagination. They have decorated a range of event posters, maybe most notably for the year’s Green Man festival, as well as editorial spreads, comics, and animation.

Apart from new environments and the sense of exploration, seeing what is normal to others and how that compares to your own world is an eye opener, too. It’s an idea championed by a new project called ‘The Jaunt‘, which connects artists and travel.

Exhibition of 3D Illustration at Boxbird Gallery as Part of Brighton Fringe Festival

As part of the current annual arts festival, ‘Brighton Fringe’, Boxbird gallery are holding an exhibition of 3D illustration. The show is presenting work from illustrators, Tom Frost, Graham Carter and Helen Musselwhite. It’s on now until the 29th May and includes a portfolio review day by The Enquire Desk on the 25th.
